This is how we do it

...when we're snowed in again! Thankfully, the kids never cease to come up with new ways to be entertained. The cause of today's giggles? Luggage :-).



The fun lasted all morning (between that and the amazing, big fort we built :-) ). I should have probably taken a video of these three in the suitcases. While I was taking these pictures, Savannah and Jeremiah thought it hysterical that they kept pushing Savy's lid back and forth to cover up the other.

Savy would push the lid right over Jeremiah, then quickly look at the camera and say "eeee". Then Jeremiah would push it back over her and let out his most adorable giggle. Straight from the gut. Oh, those little laughs make my heart melt.

She's Reading!!

I'm so proud of Brooklyn. AHHH! I'm leaping out of my skin right now. She can read!! It's amazing. My friend, Rosie, found these BOB books for her daughter and passed the information on to me. I reserved them at our library and they just got them in over the weekend. Unbelievable. It took Brooklyn all of about 20 seconds to put it together. From there, she just took off. The pride on her face when she finishes each book is just priceless.
